Polished S-Hook by Elizabeth Belz

Polished stainless steel S-hooks hand forged over the flame by Elizabeth Belz.  Each S-hook is uniquely forged by our blacksmith instructor Elizabeth Belz and because of the hand-made factor, each varies a bit in dimensions and weight from piece to piece.  On average, the hooks are from 3 1/2 to 4 1/4" long by 2 to 2 1/2" across.  The hooks are made with 3/8" rounded steel and each weighs approximately 1/10th of a pound. Elizabeth is a blacksmithing instructor here at North House Folk School and sells her wares not only here in our online store, but in our on-campus school store too.  Here, you can find brooms, hand-dyed and spun wool and custom-made yarns in addition to a wide variety of items from the forge.
