Small Covered Blue Bowl w/Rosemaling by Mary Schliep

This lovely handcrafted Rosemal covered bowl is painted by our well-loved Rosemaling instructor Mary Schliep. The bowl's cover and exterior is painted in a beautiful blue with ornamentation in blues, white and shades of ochre and green.  The rim of the cover is edged with white ornamentation. The upper rim of the bowl is ringed with lovely blossoms in blue, white and a dot of ochre red. The interior of the cover and bowl is a cream color, daubed with gold painted highlights.  The bowl is 6 1/2" around and stands with cover in place at 3" tall. 

Mary has trained with experts around the world and brings her love and expertise of Rosemaling to the many Rosemaling courses that she teaches as well as to the crafted pieces that she brings into our school store to sell to the public!
