White Textured Birch Bowl #7 by Nate White

Immaculately crafted birch bowl made by our own Nate White, one of the current participants in the Artisan Development Program here at North House. Nate's works demonstrate that they are crafted with love by a perfectionist-  this bowl certainly attests to that perfection! The bowl is 6 3/8" in diameter, centered on the grain beautifully, hand carved with wonderful texturing on the inner bottom of the bowl as well as part of the rimmed foot of the bowl.  The marks of Nate's knife creates a beautiful organic texture on the entire outside of the bowl that is painted with a matte white milk paint. The bowl is an inch and a half deep, sitting 1 7/8" high.
