Birch Bark Food Box, Hege Aasdal

This Birch Bark Box was handcrafted by Norwegian crafter and North House instructor Hege Aasdal. Hege Aasdal was one of our Featured International Instructors at Unplugged 2025. Hege is a well known basket maker and is passionate about producing baskets directly from nature. This Birch Bark box is a great example of this- made entirely of wood and harvesting by Hege in Norway.
