Felted Vessels by Mette Ostman

Mette Ostman's Felted Vessels is an easy-to-read, fully illustrated guide to making decorative felted vessels.  Felt making is one of the world's oldest textile crafts. The tradition began long before the Christian era, especially in cold parts of the world whose inhabitants have used wool at all times to keep warm.  In this book you will learn how to make a vessel with several layers and many colors.  If you have never felted before, don't be intimidated! Mette Ostman is a trained feltmaker and teacher, and part of Filtlaboratoriet (the Felting Laboratory) in Odense, Denmark.
