Russian Spindle by Cooper Ternes

These Russian Spindles are turned on a lathe by North House Instructor Cooper Ternes and made of hardwood maple or walnut. Russian spindles are used supported, with one end spinning upright in a bowl, meaning that they are perfect to use with short stapled fibers that drop spindles would struggle with. 

These spindles are a great way to level up your spinning game or get started in the craft!

Each spindle is approximately 12" long and 1.5" wide at the bottom end.
