The Anarchist's Workbench

At first glance, I have to admit that I thought this book with its austere black cover was going to be boring. But! Much to my delight, as soon as I opened it, I was not only intrigued by the storytelling of its author, but by the fantastic stories of not only his workbench but the history and design of oh so many more.  The book is fascinating from cover to cover, filled with photographs and illustrations, and great stories of workbenches and those that make them bring life to wood.  I think this is now one of my favorite books in the store.  Hats off to Christopher Schwarz for this wonderful book published by Lost Art Press.
