This book is primarily an empty diary-  bread logs and sourdough logs where you can record everything from the recipe you are using, your mood at the time of baking, what starter you used, the resting time, types of flour you used, the resting and kneading time, fermentation time, quality of dough and many many other factors. It provides a good understanding of terms used, tips and tricks of the bread-making trade and is designed to help you learn from your bread to improve your own personal skills. 

The book is hardbound and is 7 1/2" by 6". Detailed instructions are included to help you make the best use of your bread-baking logs.
